Q&A
What is a Hackathon?
When and where is the hackathon taking place?
When is the last chance to submit an idea?
Idea submission is open until December 22, 2025.
Who can participate?
No technical background is required.
What do I need to do to participate?
1. Submit an idea – on your own or as a group. If your idea is selected, you’ll build a team around it (unless you already have an existing one).
2. Join a team – even if you don’t have an idea of your own, you can still participate! After the idea selection phase, we’ll help match participants to teams based on interest and skillset.
Whether you’re a visionary with a plan or just eager to contribute, there’s a place for you in the hackathon. You’ll also receive guidance and resources along the way.
Do I need to know AI or how to code?
What do I need to deliver, by the end of the Hackathon?
Business Case – Problem definition, impact assessment, implementation pathway
Technical Feasibility – Resource requirements, technology stack, complexity analysis
Mock-up/Proof of Concept – Functional demonstration or detailed visual prototype
Supporting Data – Quantitative impact analysis to validate the potential impact
What kinds of ideas can I suggest?
Anything that uses AI to improve how we work, serve our customers, or grow our business. This can include:
• New AI-enabled products or service features
• Internal process optimization
• Enhanced post-sale customer experience
• Smarter commercial strategies (pricing, marketing, forecasting, etc.)
What happens after I submit an idea?
Submitted ideas will go through a professional screening process. The strongest proposals will move on to the hackathon phase, where teams will be formed around them.
Is there a limit on team size?
Yes. Teams should consist of 4–6 people. You can join with colleagues or be matched with others after the idea screening phase.
What are the judging criteria?

• Business Impact (50%)
• Feasibility of Implementation (30%)
• Innovation & Creativity (20%)
